Ayrshire Cancer Support has been quietly changing lives in this region for well over forty years. Last month, we were glad to be in the room helping to raise funds for the fantastic work that they do.

Ayrshire Cancer Support has been providing free, practical support to people affected by cancer across Ayrshire since 1984. Counselling, transport to appointments, welfare advice, drop-in support groups and a listening ear when one is needed most. None of it is means-tested. All of it is free. Events like the Gatsby Ball are what keep those services running, and on the night, the room delivered.

We were proud to be there and have been part of this community for over sixteen years, and supporting the organisations that do the quiet, essential work feels like the least we can do. Cancer touches almost every family in some way, including people in our own team, and ACS does something genuinely valuable for this part of Scotland.

If you missed the video from the evening, it is on our LinkedIn page and gives a much better sense of the atmosphere than anything written can.
