We’ve Moved Office!
We are delighted to announce our move to new premises following a period of sustained growth.
Our new office in Dundonald has much more space and is more central for our customers, meaning we can continue expanding our team and onboarding customers without compromising the level of service we offer.
After three years at Miller Road in Ayr, we have made the decision to relocate to a larger office in Dundonald to facilitate the development of our team and expanding customer base. Having recently increased our headcount to 10 staff, a number which looks set to grow further, whilst continually adding new customers, of all sizes, in the last few years, it is an exciting time for the business.
What does this mean for our customers?
This should have no negative impact for our customers at all. If anything, we are aiming to improve our service by ensuring that our full team can continue to work together from one space, share knowledge and be more easily accessible to our customers throughout Ayrshire.
As all our core systems are cloud-based, our team have carried out the move in stages, working in different locations throughout July to ensure a smooth transition with no downtime. As of today, Friday 29th July, our full team will report to Dundonald with our complete set-up – emails, phones, support system and monitoring solutions completely as was in our previous office.
Although we are sad to leave Miller Road, relocating is necessary for us to continue to deliver the best level of service we can for our customers. This move puts us in a more central location, both for our Ayrshire & Glasgow-based customers. We can react quicker to any of your problems and work more proactively than ever before, as well as giving us the workspace we need to keep expanding our team.
